Part of body = colon or terminal ileum, likely terminal ileum because of green stuff. Almost definitely human, since pinworm = most common human parasitic infection, especially in the US and Europe. Possibly a huge dog though... green stuff = bile (stuff made by liver and stored by gallbladder, secreted upon ingestion of a fatty meal to emulsify and help absorb fats). Maybe a GI fellow would disagree. That's my best guess though.
